Consent to Participate
I voluntarily agree to participate as a Community Impact Leader during the 4th Annual HAIRitage Day hosted by The Walker Foundation.
I understand my participation may include:
- Walking the runway as a Community Impact Leader.
- Engaging with children and families.
- Participating in interviews, photography, and media opportunities.
- Speaking with attendees and encouraging youth through positive leadership.
- Representing community service, leadership, and positive impact.
Photo, Video & Media Release
I grant The Walker Foundation and its authorized partners permission to photograph, videotape, livestream, and record my participation.
I authorize The Walker Foundation to use my name, image, voice, likeness, and statements for promotional, educational, fundraising, marketing, social media, website, television, print, and future event materials without additional compensation.
This authorization is granted without time limitation unless revoked in writing before the event.
Liability Release
I understand that I am participating voluntarily.
I release and hold harmless The Walker Foundation, its board members, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.
Code of Conduct
As a Community Impact Leader, I agree to:
- Conduct myself professionally and respectfully.
- Treat every child and family with dignity and kindness.
- Follow all event rules and venue policies.
- Support a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment.
- Avoid behavior that could negatively reflect on The Walker Foundation or its partners.
