Event Guidelines

• Designers must present professional, family-friendly fashion collections.
• Clothing may not contain profanity, offensive language, violence, hate speech, drug-related content, alcohol references, or inappropriate imagery.
• The Walker Foundation reserves the right to remove any design deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with event standards.
• Designers are responsible for transporting, maintaining, and caring for their garments throughout the event.
• Designers must arrive on time and be prepared for staging, rehearsal, and line-up instructions.
• All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
• Backstage access is limited to approved personnel only.
• Unauthorized photography or videography of children backstage is strictly prohibited.
• Designers must comply with all venue policies and safety requirements.
• Event schedules, staging assignments, and runway order are subject to change.

I grant The Walker Foundation permission to photograph, record, and use images or video of my designs, brand, and participation for promotional, marketing, educational, fundraising, social media, print, and digital purposes without compensation.
