not legally considered work made for hire, the creator irrevocably assigns all\n                        worldwide intellectual property rights to The Walker Foundation without limitation.\n                       <li>Clone the mascot.<\/li>\n                        <li>Produce deepfakes.<\/li>\n                        <li>Sell AI-generated versions.<\/li>\n                        <li>Upload the mascot into AI datasets without written authorization.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"article\">\n                    <h2>Article IX \u2013 Character Integrity<\/h2>\n                    <p>Mrs. Harmony shall never be portrayed in a manner that is:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                        <li>Offensive<\/li>\n                        <li>Political<\/li>\n                        <li>Profane<\/li>\n                        <li>Discriminatory<\/li>\n                        <li>Violent<\/li>\n                        <li>Sexualized<\/li>\n                        <li>Misleading<\/li>\n                        <li>Defamatory<\/li>\n                        <li>Inconsistent with The Walker Foundation's mission<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <p>\n                        The Foundation reserves sole authority over the mascot's appearance, behavior, messaging, and\n                        public representation.\n                    <\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"article\">\n                    <h2>Article X \u2013 Brand Standards<\/h2>\n                    <p>Mrs. Harmony shall consistently represent:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                        <li>Confidence<\/li>\n                        <li>Compassion<\/li>\n                        <li>Hope<\/li>\n                        <li>Inclusion<\/li>\n                        <li>Diversity<\/li>\n                        <li>Professionalism<\/li>\n                        <li>Respect<\/li>\n                        <li>Community service<\/li>\n                        <li>Education<\/li>\n                        <li>Family values<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <p>No unauthorized color, logo, costume, hairstyle, or design modifications are permitted.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"article\">\n                    <h2>Article XI \u2013 Authorized Appearances<\/h2>\n                    <p>Mrs. Harmony may appear only at Foundation-approved activities, including:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                        <li>Hairitage Day<\/li>\n                        <li>Crown Care Walk<\/li>\n                        <li>Hospital visits<\/li>\n                        <li>School programs<\/li>\n                        <li>Community outreach<\/li>\n                        <li>Fundraisers<\/li>\n                        <li>Educational workshops<\/li>\n                        <li>Media interviews<\/li>\n                        <li>Sponsor events approved by The Walker Foundation<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"article\">\n                    <h2>Article XII \u2013 Confidentiality<\/h2>\n                    <p>\n                        Design files, mascot patterns, measurements, manufacturing specifications, artwork source files,\n                        scripts, marketing plans, and future character developments are confidential and may not be\n                        shared without written approval.\n                    <\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"article\">\n                    <h2>Article XIII \u2013 Social Media<\/h2>\n                    <p>\n                        No individual may create or operate a Mrs. Harmony social media account without written\n                        authorization.\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>Only approved administrators may publish official content.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"article\">\n                    <h2>Article XIV \u2013 Enforcement<\/h2>\n                    <p>\n                        The Walker Foundation may take any lawful action necessary to protect Mrs. Harmony\u2122, including:\n                    <\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                        <li>Written cease-and-desist notices<\/li>\n                        <li>Revocation of licenses<\/li>\n                        <li>Removal of volunteers or partners<\/li>\n                        <li>Cancellation of sponsorship privileges<\/li>\n                        <li>Copyright claims<\/li>\n                        <li>Trademark enforcement<\/li>\n                        <li>Legal proceedings<\/li>\n                        <li>Recovery of damages and attorney's fees where permitted by law<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"article\">\n                    <h2>Article XV \u2013 Successors<\/h2>\n                    <p>Mrs. Harmony shall remain the permanent intellectual property of The Walker Foundation.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                        No officer, director, employee, volunteer, or family member may transfer, sell, assign, pledge,\n                        or otherwise dispose of the mascot or its intellectual property without formal authorization\n                        from the Foundation's Board of Directors in accordance with applicable
